Q: Am I required to sign a contract for your service?

A: Think of our care taking agreement as a month to month contract. You will not be bound to use our services forever. My guess is that you won't find find a reason to leave.

Q: Who will have access to the keys to my property?

A: The only ones who will have access to your keys are Jeremiah & Shelley , the owners of Casita Keepers. If we are managing your property as a vacation rental, we will personally hand the key to the tenants when they arrive.

Q: What is your procedure if you encounter any security or safety concerns with the property?

A: We will follow our protocol by contacting the owner, securing the situation, digital camera work, written documentation and correcting the situation.
